Not covered: Loss, theft, cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect functionality, or damage that occurred before coverage began.

SafeOwl Care is optional and is separate from the OWLY 1 Limited Warranty, which covers eligible manufacturing defects.

Warranty Replacement:

SafeOwl may require the original watch to be returned for inspection and verification before approving and sending a replacement.

Not Covered:

Loss, theft, cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect functionality, or damage that occurred before warranty coverage began.

Warranty Refund Policy:

SafeOwl Care warranty purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

SafeOwl Care is an optional extended warranty, separate from the OWLY 1 Limited Warranty, which covers eligible manufacturing defects.
